The company originated as a small business entity - JUDr. Ing. Jiri Charvát which transformed into CHARVÁT Group s.r.o in January 2006.
The company continued to develop it´s own business in Zbraslavice, Czech Republic and later acquired two other companies AVHB s.r.o and AXL a.s creating a group with approximately 350 employees and annual turnover of 35 to 40 million Euros.
